Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Once you place your order, our team gets to work!

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your DIY & Model Kits, Hoodies & Sweaters, Leggings & Yoga Pants, Robes & Pajamas, and T-Shirts & Polos as much as we do! If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

Our Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible, items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on leggings, yoga pants, and undergarments once the original packaging has been opened, unless the item is defective. This ensures the health and safety of all our customers.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions. Please don’t send items back without authorization.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

    Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your return, allow 3-5 business days for inspection. We’ll email you once the process is complete.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred during returns.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help! Follow the return process above and specify your exchange preference. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Defective or Incorrect Items
